MotionStudio turns a description of your idea into a storyboard and a finished ad animation. This page explains what we collect to do that, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Your account: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.

What you give us: the ideas you describe, the files you attach (such as logos, product photos and PDFs), your storyboards and edits, and the animations we make for you.

Payments: purchases are handled by Stripe. We receive a record of what you bought, not your card number.

Usage: pages visited, clicks and basic device information, collected with cookies and similar tools so we can keep the service working and understand what helps people. If you arrive from one of our ads, the ad platform may share which ad brought you here.

How we use it

To make your storyboards and animations, run your account and credits, process payments, prevent abuse, fix problems, improve the product, and measure our advertising. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers to run MotionStudio: Supabase (accounts, database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), OpenAI and Anthropic (generating images and building animations from your storyboard and files), PostHog (product analytics), Meta (ad measurement) and Resend (email). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Your content

Your ideas, files and finished ads belong to you. We use them to make and deliver your ads, not to train models, and we don’t publish them. Files you attach should be yours to use.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your account and content while your account is open. To have your account and content deleted, email us at hello@motionstudio.tech, and we will delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for payments, tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can block cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may not work without them.
