These terms cover your use of MotionStudio. By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and give us an email address you can receive mail at. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Credits and payment

Storyboards are free within daily limits. Each finished animation uses one credit. Credits are bought in packs, are non-transferable, and don’t expire. Prices are shown before you pay. If an animation doesn’t finish, the credit comes back automatically (up to twice a week; after that we review it and make it right).

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and of the ads we make for you, and you may use your finished ads for any lawful purpose, including paid advertising. You confirm you have the rights to the logos, photos, trademarks and claims you give us, and that your ads will follow the advertising rules of the platforms you run them on.

Fair use

Don’t use MotionStudio to make content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else’s rights, and don’t try to get around limits, payments or security. We may refuse a request or close an account that breaks these rules.

The service

We work hard to make every ad look right, but the service is provided as is. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you before it applies.
